Snapdragon S4 MSM8225 is a chipset which runs a dual core processor. The chipset and processor is for a ARMv7-A instruction set and in most mobile phones it comes with a dual core ARM Cortex-A5 which is normally a 1 Ghz running on a 32 bit platform.
The MSM8225 also came with a Qualcomm Adreno 203 GPU to manage all the graphics as well as the video. The signal digital processors is a very capable embedded 350MHz Hexagon QDSP5 DSP processor. There is also display support built in and it has the ability to push a display resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. It also has the ability to manage an 8 MP camera.
